1. Introduction

Most areas of this website can be accessed without registration. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on this website. You should check this page periodically, as the updated Terms will be binding. Certain sections may be superseded by specific legal notices or terms on individual pages.

2. Ordering

Orders are placed through our online checkout process. Once you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email with your order details.

Our acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch your goods. A purchase contract is formed at dispatch, even if your payment has already been processed, unless we have informed you otherwise or you have cancelled the order.

We reserve the right to brand personalised products.

We may refuse orders if:

1. Goods are unavailable.

2. Payment authorization cannot be obtained.

3. There is an error in pricing or product description.

4. You do not meet eligibility criteria.

5. Delivery is outside Ireland.

6. Content for personalised products is offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or unsuitable.

7. We believe the order is for commercial or non-domestic purposes.

3. Delivery

• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order number, products, delivery costs, and shipping address.

• Processing: Orders in “Processing” or “Shipped” status cannot be modified or cancelled.

• Delivery in Ireland: Typically 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

• Lost Items: If an order is lost in transit, a trace investigation will be conducted (up to 20 business days). Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the investigation is complete.

• EU Deliveries: No additional taxes apply.

• Non-EU Deliveries: Import duties and taxes (including VAT) may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. You must comply with your country’s import regulations.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned within 10 working days of receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Items must be returned in the condition received. Use an insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during transit.

• Returns do not apply if the product has been mishandled or for spelling mistakes on personalised items.

• If the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a refund or replacement.

• Wrong Item: Contact customer care with order details to arrange a return, refund, or replacement.

• Faulty Item: Contact customer care within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will not be issued for damage caused by misuse.

5. Registration & Account Security

• Users must be 18 years or older to register.

• Accounts are personal and cannot be shared.

• Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• We may suspend or cancel accounts for breaches of these Terms.
